Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive an email or if your code does not work, you can use your 4-digit order number and email to track your order here
incorrect address
PLEASE make sure you have correctly inputted your address. If your input your address incorrectly and your order has not shipped, we can alter your order. Unfortunately, if you wait until after your order has shipped, we cannot cancel orders in transit.

Replacements/Exchanges
We offer free replacements on all of our clothing! If you are unsatisfied with fit, feel or anything else, contact our team and we'll send out a replacement free of charge.
If you have a defective item and you are within the refund/return window, we will replace your item free of charge. Just contact support@thegracegrove.com and let us know you would like a replacement. This is only applicable for the first 30 days after receiving your order.
Refunds
Barring special offers, we have a 30-day return and 90-day refund policy. If you would like to request a refund/return within the allotted time period, please contact support@thegracegrove.com. If an item explicitly comes with a longer refund/return window ( i.e. 180 days), then this section does not apply.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
